Privacy during the private beta
OneHuman currently handles two kinds of information: information saved only in your browser, and information you choose to submit to the private-beta database.

This local information does not currently sync between devices.
Clearing browser storage may remove it.
If you share this device or browser, another person using it may be able to see locally saved OneHuman information.
OneHuman administrators do not normally receive this local information.

Private-beta applications
Applications may include email, optional name, optional answers, product-update preference, acknowledgement, and review status.
Private-beta feedback
Feedback may include optional email, feedback answers, feedback type, optional ratings, optional browser/device description when consented, and review status.
These records are restricted to authorized Creator Studio administrators through database access controls.
Not intentionally collected by the app
- public reader profiles
- follower counts
- public reflections
- private messages
- advertising profiles
- sale of applicant or feedback information
- intentional IP-address fields in the OneHuman application database
- browser/device descriptions unless a tester consents
Infrastructure providers may process technical logs as part of operating the service.

Perspective Room AI processing
When The Perspective Room is enabled, the reflection you submit passes through OneHuman's server to OpenAI for AI processing.
OneHuman requests that the OpenAI generation response is not stored by setting store: false. This is not a promise of zero retention; OpenAI and other infrastructure providers may still process request data according to their own systems and policies.
OneHuman does not intentionally save the submitted reflection or generated response in its product database or Redis protection storage. Redis is used for abuse prevention, rate limits, capacity protection, circuit and emergency states, locks, and related operational protection data.
Your draft and result remain in active page memory while you use the room. Refreshing or leaving clears that page state, and browser-local saving is not currently available.
The Perspective Room is not therapy, diagnosis, counseling, or emergency support.
Product updates
Product-update consent is optional and separate from the beta acknowledgement. The preference is stored accurately. No email campaign is promised yet. You can ask to change or withdraw consent by contacting OneHuman.
Removal and controls
Local information can be deleted directly from My Quiet Place. Supabase-stored applications and feedback currently require an administrator-assisted removal request.
Use the feedback page and include enough identifying information to locate the record. Please do not include unnecessary sensitive details.
Private-beta limitations
OneHuman's policies and systems may change during testing. Material changes will be reflected on this page. Professional legal review remains part of launch preparation before a wider public release.
