OneHuman asks readers to trust the stories they encounter. That trust requires clarity about who wrote a story, how it was shaped, and when details were changed for privacy.

What “real human journeys” means
OneHuman's long-term purpose is to follow real human experiences over time. During private beta, content may include founder-authored lived experience, founder-authored prototypes, participant-written stories, interviewed and edited stories, anonymized contributor stories, composites created for privacy, and clearly identified fictionalized prototypes.
OneHuman will identify the basis of a journey rather than asking readers to guess.
Consent and permission
OneHuman does not currently accept open public submissions. Another person's story should not be published without an appropriate separate consent process. Consent records must be stored privately, not on public story pages.
Contributors should understand how their story will be edited and presented. Consent should be revisitable. Withdrawal and correction processes are still being formalized during private beta.

Founder-authored private-beta prototype
The founder created this journey to test the OneHuman format. It may explore real human circumstances, but it is not presented as an outside contributor's literal story.
Written by the person whose journey this is
The participant wrote the journey directly and approved publication.
Created through interviews and edited with permission
OneHuman shaped the written chapter from interviews while preserving the participant's intended meaning.
Shared by a contributor and anonymized
A contributor shared the story and identifying details were removed or changed for privacy.
Composite story created to protect privacy
This journey combines or alters details so no single person is represented literally.
Fictionalized private-beta prototype
This journey exists to test product and editorial presentation and is not a literal real-person account.
Anonymity and privacy
Names and identifying details may be removed or changed.
Anonymity can reduce exposure, but it cannot guarantee that nobody will recognize a story.
Changed or composite details should be disclosed.
Unnecessary identifying information should not be published.
OneHuman should not use anonymity as permission to publish without consent.
Editing
Editing may improve clarity, chronology, length, grammar, and privacy.
Editing should not invent outcomes or exaggerate emotional events.
The person's intended meaning should be protected.
Significant composite or fictionalized changes should be disclosed.
Content notes
Content notes are specific and optional. They help readers choose whether to continue. They are not diagnoses, automatic judgments, or forced acknowledgements. Readers may stop or skip at any time.
Corrections and withdrawal
Factual, privacy, safety, or withdrawal concerns may be reported through the current contact and feedback process. Private-beta requests are reviewed manually, and immediate removal cannot be guaranteed through an automated system.

Private-beta limitations
Editorial systems are still developing. Open submissions are not active. Contributor compensation and release standards are not finalized. Professional legal review remains required before expanding contributor publication.
